Indicator light for state
Transmission is signaled by a red light and receiving is signaled with a green light.
Show the background light
When press any button under screen, the background light will be showing and keep 5 seconds then go out.
Li-Ion 1200mAh battery
The radio is supplied with a high capacity radio for a long operating autonomy.
Battery save
If the transceiver was set on save battery function, the LCD will show “S”. The transceiver will enter save power state after stop communication within 10 seconds.
Programmable DCS e CTCSS codes
Digital code squelch (DCS) and continuum tone squelch system (CTCSS) can be programmed for safe communication.

Monitor function button
To activate/disactivate squelch function.
Lock/Unlock keys
Keys can be locked (or unlocked) to avoid accidental function activation by pressing for two seconds the MENU key.

Polmar SMART Transceiver can be programmed for a hands-free use with the speaker/microphone Polmar PX-22 and Polmar PX-20, both as option.
