Warranty & repairs

Warranty period

You have two years warranty on manufacturing defects. Your product shouldn’t get defective during normal use in this period.

The below products have a different warranty period:

  • Batteries, battery packs and other battery cells: 6 months
  • Cables and wires of earpieces, headsets and microphones: 6 months

The warranty conditions for trade customers may differ, please contact our sales team.

Excluded from warranty

Damage, defects and other faults caused by misuse of the product are excluded from warranty.

For example:

  • Broken transistors caused by a wrong SWR, hot switching, high input power and other operating mistakes
  • Cables and wires of earpieces, headsets and microphones that are torn, kinked or broken
  • Batteries, battery packs and other battery cells that are overcharged or charged when the radio is still switched on

Repairs

In case you have a repair please register your repair online via our contact form.

Pack your repair well, if possible, in the original packaging and as complete as possible including accessories.

Repairs can be send or brought to:

  • 6718 WT Ede
  • The Netherlands

The costs for returning repairs are at your own account.

Repair costs

Repairs that are within the warranty period and have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced without further costs.

The repaired or replaced items will be returned free of charge to our Belgian, Dutch and German customers. To other countries we have to charge the return costs.

Repairs that are out of warranty or caused by misuse of the product will have costs. We will charge you the research costs and if there are the return costs too.

  1. Our research costs are € 29.95 incl. VAT. Repairs that can be done for the mentioned research costs will be done without further notice.
  2. The repair costs for products that can’t be done for the mentioned research costs will be quoted to you by email. You then have three options:
    1. You agree and the product will be repaired.
    2. You don’t agree and want the product back. We will charge you the research costs and if there are the return costs too.
    3. You don’t agree and don’t want the product back. We will not charge you the research costs.


As soon as your repair is done we will inform you by email. The repair conditions for trade customers may differ, please contact our sales team.
