Shipping & returns

Delivery information

Same day dispatch on working days for orders placed before 15:00 CET/CEST time or the next working day.

Only for products that:

  • Are available in stock
  • Are paid with one of our direct payment options
  • Can be delivered with standard parcel services like DPD, GLS and Post.nl

Non-conveyable and odd-sized packages will have a different delivery time.

Stock status

You can check whether a product is available via the online stock information that is mentioned with every product. Stock information is updated several times a day, therefore the stock may sometimes differ from the mentioned information on our website.

If you need a product that is out of stock please contact our customer service for an estimated delivery time.

Shipping area

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed please contact our customer service to get your personal shipping quotation.

Shipping rates

Our shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the product including packaging or the combination of products.

We have three different shipping categories:

  • Letterbox sized packages
  • Standard packages till 1.20 meter
  • Length packages from 1.20 till 2.00 meter

Shipping cost for non-conveyable and odd-sized packages on request. You have the option to collect your order at our warehouse without any order- and shipping cost. The shipping rates for trade customers may differ, please contact our sales team.

Track & trace

All our packages are send with track & trace and signature for receipt. You will receive the tracking information by email after collection by one of our forwarders.

Payment options

We offer direct payment options for our European customers

  • Bancontact: Belgium
  • Giropay: Germany
  • iDEAL: The Netherlands
  • SOFORT Banking: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and The Netherlands
  • PayPal: for all European customers
  • Bank transfer: for all European customers

Customers outside Europe can pay by PayPal or bank transfer, please contact our customer service for the details.

Received a wrong or faulty product

In case you received a wrong or faulty product please contact our customer service and we will try to solve this for you in the best possible way.


As customer you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason after receipt of your order. With exemption of:

  • Hygiene products such as earpieces, headsets, microphones and other user and hygiene items
  • Programming cables and software
  • Batteries, battery packs and other battery cells
  • Goods made to order and on order only items

Return goods should be:

  • In the original and undamaged packaging
  • Unused, complete and in new condition, without user or installation damage

Before returning goods always inform us within 14 days after receipt of your order by email or our contact form. Return goods should be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

The costs for returning goods are at your own account. Make sure you return your goods with track & trace and insurance. We are not responsible for missing, lost or damaged items.

After receipt of your return we will refund your payment within 14 calendar days. A restocking fee may apply when a return does not meet our return conditions.
